- 工程评标是一个集技术、经济安全、管理等多门学科于一体的综合问题,本文通过港航工程实例,介绍了用灰色物元分析进行评标的量化模式,可供工程评标应用。
The engineering bid evaluation is a comprehensive problem including subjects such as technology, economics, safety and management.
