- 介绍一种新型的共聚物底胶聚乙烯三层（HY-007涂料、HA型共聚物底胶、低压聚乙烯）管道防腐技术。对其材料性能、施工工艺、检测方法等方面作了较详细的叙述。通过近几年的应用表明，该三层防腐结构的最大特点是：可以在现有除锈作业线和泡沫作业线上进行施工，其成本只是以国内常用环氧类涂料作底漆的三层PE管道防腐结构的70 %，而其涂层的部分性能指标又有所提高。
The paper introduced a new type of 3 layer polyethylene pipe anticorrosion coating（HY-007 primer+HA copolymer adhesive+low pressure polythylene).The properties of coating materials,coating application procedure,testing method etc.were discussed in detail.It has been showed by practice that this 3 layer coating has many advantages e.g.pipe can be coated with a existed rust removing or foam operation line and the cost only is 70%of one in other 3 layer polyethylene pipe coating with common used epoxy primer,but the some properties targets of this new type of 3 layer coating are better than ones of other 3 layer polyethylene coating.2001,5(5): 37-38,59 收稿日期：2001-5-28作者简介：夏先德，通讯地址：河南省南阳市，邮编：473132
