激光对中仪在机组找正中的应用

摘要:: 以大庆炼化公司 180万t/a重油催化裂解装置中大型机组，采用激光对中仪进行安装找正工程为例，介绍了激光对中仪的工作原理、结构、操作要点及技术特点。该激光对中仪适用于水平安装机组和垂直安装机器的找正，通过配置还可用于水平度测量及找水平。而且具有携带方便，测量运算准确、快捷的特点。
By taking the equipment alignment project with a laser centering apparatus on a 180×104t/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Daqing Refinery Company as an example,the writer introduced the working principle,structure,main operation points technology characteristics of the laser centering apparatus.The apparatus is suitable for alignment operation of horizontal equipment vertical machine instollation and the apparatus can be also used to measure levelness by combining some other apparatus.The apparatus has many advantages e.g.carrying is convenient,measure calculation is fast correct etc.
