摘要:: 本文结合工程实际，针对一钻井船吊车改造中出现的技术问题，用现场测试分析的方法，评价吊车底座和支撑结构的强度，然后提出了如何加固底座和支撑结构的具体方案，该船海上作业施工的结果表明了测试分析是正确的、加固方案是可行的。
In connection with some technical problems during the crane reforming in a drilling ship,the paper estimated the strength on crane base support structure with a field testing analyzing method connected the engineering practice.Then the writer put forward a concrete method to strengthen the base support structure.It has been shown that the testing analysis is correct and the strengthening program is feasible with the ship working results on the sea
