储罐防腐修补剂的研制与应用

- 针对油田钢质储罐的局部腐蚀问题，研制了主要以环氧树脂为主粘体，并配以多种有机、无机添加剂的储罐防腐修补剂和修补工艺。通过在辽河油田的应用表明，该修补剂的适应性强，固化快，与金属有较强的粘结性，储罐通过及时的修补，提高了使用周期，避免了因设备停产而造成的经济损失。
sIn connection with local corrosion on an oilfield steel storage tank,the writer developed the repairing agent repairing procedure for storage tank anticorrosion layer.The repairing agent principal ingredient is epoxy resin mixed many organic inorganic additives.It has been showed that the repairing agent has a good adaptability,a short curing time a excellent cohesiveness after being used in Liaohe oilfield.The service period of storage tank can be expanded and the economic loss caused by equipment damage can be avoided by repairing in time.2001,5(5): 14-16 收稿日期：2001-6-16作者简介：高岩，高级工程师，1987年毕业于辽宁大学化学系。通讯地址：辽宁省盘锦兴隆台，邮编：124010
