管道带压开孔连头技术在吐哈油田的应用

- 管道不停输带压开孔连头技术与传统的管道连头作业相比，具有显著的优点：开孔在全密闭状态下进行，无油气泄漏，原装置可正常运行，作业时间短，通常仅需3小时，该技术在吐哈油田改造工程中应用，取得良好效果。文章介绍了该技术的机具配置、作业程序、安全措施及应用效果。
Hot tap compared with traditional pipe connection has many outstanding advantages, e. g. hole opening is in full seal condition & no oil, gas leakage; main pipeline can be run smoothly and the hot tap operating time is short about 3 hours only. This method was applied in some reform project in Tuha oil field & some good effects have been obtained.
