消防管道水压试验事故的处理

- 武汉民生石油液化气有限公司码头栈桥D325×8mm消防管道在水压试验时发生管道基础外移、波纹膨胀节破坏的事故。经分析认为，管道内形成气囊、波纹膨胀节固定支架设置不合理以及管墩配筋焊接不符合要求是事故的主要原因，通过采取相应措施，顺利完成第二次水压试验。
The accidents of pipeline foundation displacement & bellows expansion joint damage were happened during hydro一testing in a D325 x 8mm fire一fighting pipeline located at Wuhan Minsheng liquified petroluem gas Ltd. port jetty.
