- 管架是石油化工装置中常用的结构，在石化装置改造中，因装置内管道、设备、仪表电气等障碍物繁杂，生产制约条件多，常规机具难以施展，给管架的更换带来一定难度。本文通过工程实例，对管架更换的难点进行分析，介绍了管架更换方案的选择、基础的处理、生产在用和停用管线的支护、临时支撑的结构设计及其它施工要点。
Piperack is the common used structure in petrochemical unit. It is very difficult to replace the old piperack because that many obstructions such as pipeline, equipment & instrumentation etc. exist in the unit. There are a lot of constrains during re一building and it is difficult to use normal machines & tools.
