- 本文从组对、焊接、热处理等方面介绍了火管锅炉安装过程中出现的一些技术问题，如汽包的就位、上升管和下降管的组对、管口的坡口加工、新旧管口椭圆度的调整以及热处理过程中出现的鼓包的消除等，并对这些问题进行了分析和处理。安装结束后经开车运行证实，所采取的处理方法正确，能满足设计要求。
The paper introduced some technical questions during fire pipe boiler installing from aspects of alignment,welding & heat treatment etc., for example: the positioning of steam drum, the alignment of rising pipe & down pipe, the grooving of pipe, the adjustment of ellipticity on new & old pipe head and the removement of ballooning developed in heat treatment. And the writer analyzed & treated those problems.
