常减压装置改扩建工程施工技术

- 通过采用一系列新的施工工艺，在常减压装置停工后仅用42天就完成了常规条件下6个月的工程量，高速、优质、正点、安全地把一套150万t/a常减压装置改造扩建成了一套400万t/a的常减压装置。本文着重介绍了改扩建工程中地下工程及钢结构改造、空冷设备安装、泵单机试运、工艺管道试压等施工技术。
By being taken a series of new construction techniques, it only takes 42 days to reform a set of 150 x 104 t/a atmspheric and vacuum unit into 400 x 104t/a one with high speed, good quality, on time & salty after the unit stopping production. It would need 6 months to finish the project, were the operation under normal condition.
