- 为满足西气东输天然气管道节能降耗的需要,研制成功AW-01天然气管道减阻耐磨涂料,该涂料属双组份常温固化涂料,具有优良的附着力、耐磨性和耐化学腐蚀性,涂层表面平整光滑,具有突出的减阻效果。该涂料已在大港—沧州D406mm输气管线上进行现场应用,测试结果满足API RP 5L2标准要求。文章还对该涂料的经济性进行了评价。
In order to satisfy the requirement of gas pipeline saving energy & reducing cost in west China gas transported to east China project, the AW一O1 resistance一reducing & wear一resisting coating in gas pipeline was successfully developed. The coating material is a two一components paint, hardening in atomsphere tempreture and has good physical&chemical properties such as excellent adhesion, wear一resisting etc. The coating surface is flat & smooth and has an outstanding resistance一reducing effect. The coating material has been applied in Dagang一Cangzhou D406mm gas pipeline and the testing result is in accordance with standard API RP SL2.
