- 根据海洋油田开发建设工程的系统构成，提出优化布局的概念，建立整体布局优化设计的数学模型，并介绍了求解方法和计算软件，对大型整装海洋油田开发建设工程实现优化设计、提高投资效益，具有较好的指导作用。
Based on the systematic composition of offshore oil field development & construction, a optimized layout concepts is put forward, a mathematical model for integral layout optimization design is established, and the evaluation method and computing software are introduced.
