Domestically Produced Welding Consumables Used in the Automatic Welding of Horizontal Seams on 50,000 m3 Tanks

- 在5万m3原油储罐施工中，为了采用国产焊材进行环缝埋弧自动焊，通过与进口焊材对比，确定使用国产焊材的可行性，进一步以焊接工艺评定验证了国产焊丝H10MnSi与焊剂HJ431匹配应用完全可以替代进口爆材。两台5万m3原油储罐的环缝自动焊一次焊接合格率为85％，应用国产焊材获得了成功。
To use domestically produced welding consumables in automatic welding of horizontal seams,comparison with imported welding consumables,analysis on the feasibility to use domestically produced welding consumables,and in-depth weld procedure qualification were performed.It is proven that imported weld consumables can be replaced by domestically made weld wire H10MnSi compatible with weld flux HJ431.The repair rate on horizontal weld seams by automatic process on two 50,000m3 crude oil tanks was 15%,proving the success in using domestically made consumables.2000,2(2): 42-43,44 收稿日期：1999-11-15分类号：TG45
