- 等高双A形桅杆始吊方法,一般为两桅杆对称站立于设备基础中。心两侧,这样在吊装过程中,两桅杆及附属机索具受力是均衡的。采用等高双A形桅杆不等距站立于设备基础中心线两侧(偏心)抬吊设备的方法,可以克服石油化工装置现场布置紧凑、塔类设备高而密集给施工带来的困难,其特点是:不需用大型起重机械,可缩短工期,降低施工成本。
In the hoisting method using two A-shaped equal height masts,the two masts are symmetrically positioned on the two sides along the centerline of equipment foundation.During hoisting,forces are evenly distributed onto the two masts and slings.By taking the off-center hoisting method using two A-shaped equal height masts to hoist equipment,the construction difficulties caused by compact site arrangement of petrochemical equipment,and tall and dense column equipment on site are avoided.The features are: the need to use large hoisting machinery is eliminated,the construction period will be shortened and the construction cost will be reduced.2000,2(2): 33-35,36 收稿日期:1999-6-15分类号:TE93
