摘要:: 高耸钢结构的吊装, 一般多采用扳转法和双桅杆抬吊法等整体吊装方法, 本文介绍采用250t履带吊车分段吊装烟囱的一些关键技术, 包括烟囱塔架吊装索具、塔架吊耳和偏心吊装索具的设置以及烟囱筒体吊装卡具的制作。该方法与扳转法、双桅杆抬吊法相比, 节约了施工辅助用料, 降低了费用, 减小了作业空间, 提高了预制精度
Generally, high steel structure was lifted with turning & dual mast lifting method .But the paper introduced some critical techniques of sectional chimney lifting with 250t caterpillar crane,including the setting of chimney frame lift ing rig, frame tug & of fcenter lift ing rig and the making of chimney shell lifting clamps .As compared with turning & dual mast lif ting method, this method can save many auxiliary materials,lower the cost, reduce the operating space & increase prefabricat ing accuracy .
