- 电热熔缩复合补口技术是针对现行的几种硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料防腐保温管道 (夹克保温管 )聚乙烯防护层补口方法的缺陷和不足而研制开发成功的一种全新的补口技术, 该技术的核心材料———复合补口带是由多种不同性质的材料构成, 通过电加热, 补口带与聚乙烯防护层相互熔溶形成一个有机的整体, 补口处的强度高于聚乙烯防护层基材强度, 密封性好, 补口带外观平整光滑。多项工程应用证明, 该项技术值得推广应用。
The sleeve was composed by many different materials. With electric heating, joint coating sleeve and polyethylene coating on the poly urethane foam insulation pipeline were fused and then formed an integral joint connection. The joint coating streng this higher than polyethylene's strength and joint coating has a good sealling&smooth surface.
