- 针对常压重油催化裂解装置中稳定塔、脱吸塔两设备超长超重的特点,制定了合理的组装工艺.但这种组装方式使环焊缝受载荷较大,而且热处理的温度超过了材料允许的使用温度,因此必须对需热处理的环焊道进行临时加固处理.文中对其加固措施进行了较详细的论述.通过实践证明,这种组装工艺及措施对设备的拉运、吊装有益,值得推广应用.
In connection with the overlength & overweight of stabilizer column,desorption tower on atmospheric vacuum residuum cotalytic cracking unit,a reasonable assembly process was drawn up.With the assembly process,girth welding seam will bear a larger load and heat treatment temprature will exceed the material allow able temprature.So the girth welding seam must be reinforced temporarily.The paper discussed the girth welding reinforcement method in detail.lt was proved by practising,the assembly process is good for equipment transportation & lifting.It was worth applying widly.2001,2(2): 15-17 收稿日期:2000-8-5分类号:TE966作者简介:孙晓光,通讯地址:黑龙江省大庆市,邮编:163453
