- 介绍玻璃钢泡沫保温热力管道预制生产工艺流程、技术参数和主要设备的特点。该管道直径426~1020mm、运行压力12.5MPa、输送介质为高温水(设计温度150℃,工作温度115℃),采用“管中管”法生产,取得了显著的效益。
This paper describes features of the technological process,technical parameters and main equipment used in the fabrication of foam thermal insulation pipes using FRP pipes as jacket.The 426 to 1020mm diameter pipes with 12.5 MPa operating pressure,transporting high-temperature water (150℃ design temperature and 115℃ operating temperature),were fabricated using “pipe in pipe” method,producing obvious efficiency.2000,1(1): 25-26 收稿日期:1999-10-9分类号:TU833.12
