- 归纳防静电涂料的功能、分类和石油产品储罐对防静电涂料的特别要求,从导电填料的电极电位、漆层的抗渗透性及干膜厚度,分析防静电漆层结构对罐壁防锈寿命的影响,介绍国外石油产品储罐涂料的选用原则,探讨出油罐内壁防静电涂料的配套方案。
This paper sums up the functions and classification of static electricity resistance coating material and the special requirements on this kind of coating for petroleum storage tanks.It analyzes the effect of the coating structure on the service life of tank wall against dusting from the aspects of electrode potential of conducting filler,penetration resistance and DFT of the coating film.Coating selection principle for petroleum production storage tanks in foreign countries is introduced.It also discusses the associated scheme for anti-static electricity coating on internal storage wall plates.2000,1(1): 18-21 收稿日期:1999-9-10分类号:TU561.67参考文献:
