- 分析油气管线联头着火原因,提出一种可行的处理方法,即:在联头时向管道中塞入特制管塞,以便控制氧气来源达到灭火目的,待管口修整完毕拨出管塞,用湿毛毡及石棉板等缠绕在局部焊口上,以便控制火苗完成对口焊接.经过实践应用尝试,其效果良好.
The article analyses the reason of catching fire and introduces a feasible method of preventing pipe from catching fire:while Jointing,fill pipe with specific plugs to stop oxygen supply in order to prevent from fire.After preparing end of pipe,take the plug out of the pipe,and w-rapped wet blanket or asbestus around weld crater in order to control flame and finish butt welding.After application,it gained a good resu-lt.2001,1(1): 41-43 收稿日期：2000-8-11分类号：TE88
