- 针对目前施工现场D32 5mm以上钢管内表面的处理无合适的施工机具,钢管内表面处理质量达不到防腐要求这一问题,研制了钢质管道内表面自动旋转喷砂枪。文章介绍了该喷砂枪的研制过程、机理、结构和特点。现场应用表明,该机具操作方便,钢管内表面的处理质量达到了要求。
In connection with that there were not suitable operation tools for diameter D325 mm above steel pipe internal surface treatment at the present in jobsite, and pipe internal surface treatment quality is not able to meet the anti-corrosion requirement, the writer developed automatic rotating sandblaster for steel pipe internal surface. The paper introduces the developing process, mechanism, structure characteristic of this sandblaster.
