- 作者以参加科威特集油站项目,尤其是该项目后期管理的切身体验,分析了该项目收尾工作进展艰难的原因,即业主和承包商对合同某些条款的认识不一致以及由业主负责试运和性能测试是影响收尾工作和项目交工最主要的因素。总结了对国际工程总承包项目后期管理的认识,同时介绍了项目后期管理的工作内容及概况。
With the experience of taking part in Kuwait oil gathering center project, especially with the experience of this project final management, the writer analyzes the cause of this project final work difficult, i.e. owner contractor have different views for some contract items and owner is charge for preliminary operation performance test, these two aspects are main facts to influence this project final working hand-over.
