胜利油田工程建设监理定额的编制

摘要:: 针对目前工程建设监理费率存在的工程项目细化不够、费率测算依据不充足和建设监理部门在成本控制上缺少指导原则三方面的问题,建立了一套建设监理定额体系模型,该模型主要由人工费、材料费、仪器设备使用费、其他直接费、管理费等几部分构成,文章介绍了该定额编制的原则、依据、范围、方法和定额水平的检验。
In connection with the present three problems existed in project construction supervising fee ratio, i.e. the engineering project cost budgeting items are not detailed, fee ratio calculation gist is not enough construction supervision departments are lack of the guidance principle in cost controlling, the writer built up a set of construction supervision quota system model. This model is mainly made up of manpower fee, material fee, instrument equipment using fee, other direct fee management fee etc. The paper introduces the workout principle, gist, limit using method of this quota. Last, the paper introduces the test of quota level.
