- 热化学拱顶沉降罐的内部构件结构复杂,吨位较大,且安装精度高、质量要求严格。文章根据承建 1万m3和 5 0 0 0m3沉降罐的施工经验,介绍了集油槽、中心管、出水管、配液管等内部构件的安装方法,并提出施工中的注意事项。
The dome roof thermal chemical settlement tank internal structure parts are complicated members. Its weight is large, its installation accuracy requirement is high and its quality requirement is strict. According to the construction experience of 10 4 m 3 5000m 3 settlement tank, the paper introduces the installation methods of some internal parts such as oil sump, center pipe, water outlet pipe liquid distribution pipe etc. and gives some construction cautions.
