- 在管道建设中经常遇到河流、山谷等自然障碍物或人工构筑物,给管道建设工程带来了一定的复杂性和施工难度。对于河流较深无法进行管道穿越的工程,一般采用跨越形式,而大跨度跨越工程多数采用悬索结构形式。该结构形式较复杂,施工难度大。文章结合长庆油田靖咸输油管道工程中的清峪河跨越施工实例,详细介绍了大型悬索管道跨越施工方法。包括塔架基础施工以及塔架、悬索、工作索的预制安装和管道的预制、发送安装。
During the pipeline construction, the river, valley etc. nature obstructers manmade buildings were often encountered, which brings a lot of complexities difficulties for pipeline construction. The crossover is a usual pipeline crossing form for some deep rivers those are not able to use a boring-thrust construction method. Among the large span pipeline crossing, the most projects use suspension cable structure form. This structure form is more complicated the construction is more difficult.
