- 在管道绝热工程施工中,绝热弯头外护层的展开放样和剪裁是一项关键技术,但目前国内多数仍采用手工操作,存在放样误差大、劳动强度高、速度慢等问题,为此,本文作者根据多年从事防腐绝热施工经验,推导出了任意角度等径弯头放样的理论公式,并且讨论了利用Microsoft Excel和Smart 2D软件实现计算机自动控制放样和自动切割的操作方法。编辑出的软件不仅能实现自动排版,而且下料准确,使用方便快捷,可显著提高生产效率。
The lofting and cutting out of external protective layer of thermal insulation bend is a key technique in pipeline insulation construction.But at present,most operations are done by manual in this country.Thus there exist some problems such as big lofting error,high labor intensity and low tempo.Based on the an-ticorrosion and insulation construction experiences for couple decades,the author introduces theoretical formulas suited for lofting of arbitrarily angle and constant diameter bend,discusses the computer aided automatic lofting and cutting method by using Microsoft Excel and Smart 2D softwares.The complied software implements not only automatic composing, but also correct blanking and facilitated operation.
