运筹学理论在重大施工方案决策中的应用

- 在燕化66万t/a乙烯改扩建工程“DA-101N/DA-102N新塔联合基础施工及DA-102N塔安装工艺”重点项目施工的决策过程中,运用运筹学的决策分析理论,对影响施工方案的5个重要子目标(工期、安全、质量、施工技术、施工成本)做量化对比分析,从而优选出最佳施工方案。此方法是运用数学模型,将实际问题的表达高度规范化,对决策者的推理过程进行量化描述和分析。此方法可以避免决策者在程序复杂和方案较多时发生逻辑推理上的失误,有助于人们更加科学地论证、决策和实施重大施工方案,提高重大施工方案的决策水平。
The theory of operational research has been applied to the decision procedure for construction of the key projects,DA-101N/DA-102N New Tower Joint Foundation and DA-102N Tower Installation Process,in Yanshan Petrochemical Plant 660kt/a ethylene rebuilding and extending construction project.The optimum construction plan is gained after quantized comparison and analysis on five important sub-objectives i.e.construction period,safety,quality,technology and primary cost,which effect construction plan.The decisionmaker's inference procedure is demonstrated and analyzed in qualized way by mathematic modeling to highly standardize the practical problems.It can avoid mistakes of logical inferences on complex procedures and multiple plans by decision maker.
