- 为解决筒体容器双面埋弧焊中的碳弧气刨清根带来的恶劣作业条件问题,研究了专用的MAG自动焊接系统,该系统的上下随动跟踪机构的设计,解决了筒体内焊缝焊接弧长控制的难题,并在焊枪摆动驱动控制中,采用细分法驱动步进电机,提高了焊枪摆动的稳定性和控制系统的可靠性。试验证明,采用MAG自动焊方法对筒体容器内焊缝进行焊接,不仅焊接质量能满足产品质量要求,而且显著改善了作业环境和工人的劳动强度,因此,该系统具有实用价值。
To solve the problem of odious operation condition caused by back chipping of carbon arc air gouging with both sides submerged arc welding for bucket vessel,the research on the special automatic MAG welding system is conducted.With the design of up and down tracking mechanism,the difficulty of welding arc length control for internal welding seam of bucket vessel is overcome.In welding gun swing driven control,the stability of welding gun swing and reliability of the control system are increased by using finely driven step-by-step electric motor.Test shows that not only the welding quality is ensured but also the operation circumstance and labor intensity is improved while using automatic MAG welding method to internal bucket vessel welding.Therefore the system possesses practical value.2003,6(6): 29-32 收稿日期:2003-4-22分类号:TE973.3?作者简介:唐德渝(1961- ),男,重庆人,1982年毕业于重庆大学,1992年获天津大学工学硕士学位,高级工程师,一直从事焊接设备与技术的研究工作.?参考文献:
