- 文章以300万t/a重催装置丙烯塔的现场立式组装为例,探讨了塔器现场对接环焊缝安全热处理的工艺方法,对采取临时加固措施的弊端进行了分析,提出了两种可确保设备安全的热处理方法,一种是降低热处理温度,延长保温时间,另一种是在高温下分区分段热处理。具体介绍了降低热处理温度、延长保温时间的依据以及高温下材料许用应力的确定、设备的强度校核、合理选用降低温度数值的方法,对分区分段热处理的方法进行了说明。
Taking the field vertical installation of propylene tower of 3Mt/a heavy oil catalytic equipment as an example,this paper discusses safe heat treatment process for girth welding seam of tower,analyzes shortcoming of temporary reinforcing measure and provides two heat treatments to ensure equipment safety.One is to decrease heat treatment temperature and prolong thermal insulation time.The other is the segmented heat treatment at high temperature.The basis for lowering treatment temperature and prolonging thermal insulation time,as well as the allowable stress determination of material at high temperature,the strength check of equipment,the rational selection of lowering temperature and the segmented heat treatment are discussed.2003,6(6): 23-26 收稿日期:2003-4-25分类号:TE962.06作者简介:沈杰(1970- ),男,上海人,1992年毕业于石油大学(华东),工程师,现主要从事工程项目施工及压力容器设计技术工作.?参考文献:
