- 4000m3液态烃球罐是兰州石化公司300万t/a重油催化裂化联合装置外部配套工程,设计型式为支柱双偏心四带混合式结构,该球罐的建造采用了一种新方法——无中心柱单片散装工艺。文章介绍了四带混合式4000m3球罐的结构设计特点,分析了无中心柱组装过程存在的难点,提出了一套完整的大型球罐无中心柱散装工艺,对具体的组装过程进行了详细说明。与传统的中心柱单片散装工艺相比,该工艺具有工期短、成本低、安全性好等优点,文章还结合目前国内各种型式球罐,探讨了该工艺在球罐建造行业的推广应用前景。
The 4000 m3 spherical tank for liquid hydrocarbon storage is the periphery of a combined heavy oil catalytic cracking equipment in Lanzhou Petrochemical Corporation.The design pattern of the spherical tank is four zones mixed structure with double eccentric supporting columns.A new construction method of single piece assembly without central column is adopted.This paper introduces the structural design feature of the spherical tank,analyzes the assembly difficulties caused by without central column,provides a set of construction technology of large scale spherical tank,and illustrates in detail the assembling procedure.Comparing this new method with traditional one,it has advantages of shorter constructing period,lower cost and safer.The applicanon prospect of the technology is discussed based on the analysis on various types of present spherical tanks.2003,6(6): 14-20 收稿日期：2003-1-20分类号：TE972.1作者简介：阮刚锋(1973- ),男,河南信阳人,1996年毕业于大庆石油学院机械系化工设备与机械专业,工程师,主要从事石油化工压力容器的设计、制造及现场组焊的技术质量管理工作.?参考文献：
