气硬性轻质浇注料的研制及其应用

- 某石化总厂催化重整装置,设计要求其中的加热炉对流室、烟囱和炉底均采用气硬性轻质浇注料进行衬里,为此对气硬性轻质浇注料进行了研制。选用闭孔轻质页岩陶粒、漂珠、超微粉等为主要原料,以改性水玻璃为结合剂,通过不同掺量的结合剂、复合促凝剂和硅粉对浇注料性能影响的试验,分别确定了这三种材料的最佳掺量,研制出的气硬性轻质浇注料满足设计要求,具有体积密度小、热导率低、耐压强度高和无需养护等特点。文章还介绍了该气硬性轻质浇注料衬里的施工工艺。
According to design,the lining with light air hardening pouring material was needed to lay onto convection chamber,chimney and the bottom of heater of catalytic reformed equipment.So the study of material was done by choosing light closed cell shale ceramsite,hollow microspheres and ultra-fine powder as main raw materials,and modified water glass as binder.Through the tests for effects of different blending of binder,compound accelerator and silica powder on the pouring material,the optimum blending of binder,compound accelerator and silica powder on the pouring material,the optimum blending of these tree materials was determined.The developed light air hardening pouring material satisfied the design requirement with the characters of low density,low thermal conductivity,high strength and cure一free.Furthermore the lining construction procedure of the pouring material was described.2003,6(6): 5-7 收稿日期:2003-4-25分类号:TU528.2作者简介:严云(1961- ),男,浙江人,教授级高级工程师,现在西南科技大学材料科学与工程学院工作,主要从事不定形耐火材料的研究和教学工作.参考文献:
