大型储罐基础非平面倾斜问题的探讨

- 大型储罐因基础产生非平面倾斜而影响其正常使用的情况在工程中时有发生,文章通过对某油罐工程中基础沉降观测结果的分析,探讨了储罐基础产生非平面倾斜的原因。相邻储罐之间的相互影响、充水预压未达到规范要求以及地基处理措施不当是引起储罐基础非平面倾斜的主要因素。针对相邻储罐间的相互影响,根据现行《石油化工企业设计防火规范》和《石油化工企业钢储罐地基与基础设计规范》的规定,提出以下建议:储罐布置的净距除应满足防火规范规定外,有条件时也应适当考虑对基础沉降的影响,当采用复合地基时,相邻储罐间的净距不宜小于0.6 D;当占地面积成为主要矛盾,储罐间的净距只能限制在防火规范规定的最小范围时,在地基处理时就应采取有效措施,以尽可能减少相邻储罐的相互影响。
It happens in engineering sometimes that a large scale tank does not work properly owing to non-planar inclined foundation.Based on the analysis of inspecting data of foundation subsidence in a tank project,the reason causing non-planar inclined foundation of tank is discussed.The mutual influence of adjacent tanks,failure to comply with the standard on pre-pressure exerted by filling water into tank and incorrect foundation treatment are main factors causing non-planar foundation inclination.For the mutual influence of adjacent tanks,the following suggestions are offered according to the recent version of《Design Code of Fireproof for Petrochemical Enterprise》and《Design Code of Steel Tank Foundation of Petrochemical Enterprise》:Not only the net distance of tank deployment must comply with the fireproof code,but also the effect of foundation subsidence should be concerned properly.For compound foundation,the net distance between tanks should not be less than 0.6 D;If the possessed earth area is not big enough so that the net distance of adjacent tanks has to be limited to minimum scope stipulated by the fireproof code,the effective measure of foundation treatment must be taken to reduce the mutual influence of adjacent tanks as far as possible.2003,6(6): 1-4 收稿日期:2003-4-28分类号:TU433作者简介:毕波(1971- ),男,辽宁省新金县人,1997年毕业于郑州工业大学结构力学专业,硕士,一级注册结构工程师,现任洛阳石油化工工程公司结构工程师,长期从事炼油化工工程设计工作及油罐基础的设计工作.参考文献:
