- 针对油田单井注水管线管径小、结垢严重的情况 ,研制了适用于清洗单井注水管线的加强型圆盘清管器。该清管器的钢轴能在较大推力作用下发生弯曲变形 ,有利于通过弯头或变形管段 ,可有效避免堵卡事故的发生。采用该清管器清洗油田单井管线 ,操作简单 ,施工周期短 ,除垢率高。
Aiming at the conditions of small pipe and serious dirt, a kind of reinforced type disc pig that can adapt the oil field conditions has been developed for single well of oil field. The steel axle of this kind of pig can bend under greater thrust force, it is helpful to pass through elbow or the section of converting pipe, so it can avoid efficiently block accident.
