- 根据管道工程建设及市场需求,研制开发了一种能实施控制钻头钻进方向的水平螺旋钻机。该钻机利用十字铰接的三层套管形成联轴器,确保钻头的自由转动和偏移;利用传感器和计算机等组成的数据采集系统对钻头的水平及垂直偏斜位置进行数据采集;利用液压伺服机构在钻头超出设定精度范围时进行即时控制和调节。该设备经过现场试验,取得了理想的效果,有效地解决了水平螺旋钻机钻进过程中控向的难题。文章介绍了该控向钻机的工作原理、构成、功用及其技术特点,通过论证及市场分析,该设备具有良好的应用前景。
Aceording to needs of pipeline construction and market, a kind of horizontal spiral drilling ma-chine with the capacity of drilling direction control was developed. Free rotation and deflection of drill bit is ensured by using shaft coupler formed by cruciform articulated three layer casing pipes. Data acquisition system consists of sensors and computers gathering data of horizontal and vertical deflection position of drill bit, and realizes on-line control and regulation with hydraulic servo control mechanism while bit position is beyond preset precision range. Through the field tests, the machine reaches the aim to resolve effectively the difficult problem on direction control during horizontal drilling. The paper introduces the working principle, constitution, function and technical feature.
