COW清洗工艺在黄岛油库2~#罐中的应用

摘要:: COW清洗工艺是通过临时敷设的循环系统 ,采用与待清洗油罐中油品相同的清洁油 ,循环冲洗、溶解 ,达到清罐的目的。文章以黄岛油库 2 #罐的清洗为例 ,介绍了该清洗工艺的系统组成、操作程序、施工要点 ,并从原油回收率、施工工期、安全、环保以及经济效益等方面分析了该清洗工艺的优点。实践证明 ,COW清洗工艺是一种安全、环保、高效的清罐方法。
COW washing technology is adopting through temporary laid circulatory system and adopting identical clean oil, circulating to wash, to dissolve , reach the purpose of clearing tank. Taking 2# oil tank of yellow island washing as example, authors have introduced the systematic composition, operating sequence and main construction points, the recovery of crude oil, the aspect such as rate, construction project time limit, safety, environmental protection as well as economic benefits have been analysed. Practice proves that COW washingtechnology is the clearing method of a kind of safety, environmental protection and efficiency.
