- 为适应我国高速发展的管道建设形势的需要 ,开发研制了一套完整的长输管道自动化焊接设备及配套技术 ,实际应用取得了满意的效果。该套设备体积小 ,重量轻 ,操作简便 ,成本低 ,功能强 ,尤其适合我国现场施工作业条件及工人的技术水平 ,克服了国外同类产品的庞大而复杂、造价和售价高等弊端 ,具有较高的推广应用价值。文章介绍了该套设备的机械系统、控制系统的研制 ,并提供了典型的焊接工艺参数。
For the pipeline construction situation that meets the high speed development of our country, a set of completely automatic welding equipment and a complete match technology, actual application has gotten satisfactory effect. This set equipment has advantages such as small volume, light weight, simple and convenient operation, low cost, strong functions, it suits the work condition of our country on - the - spot and the technical level of worker especially, it has surmounted disadvantages of foreign similar product such as huge complex construction, high cost and price. The automatic welding equipment has higher popularize application value.
