- 西气东输管道工程是国家实施西部大开发战略的标志性工程之一 ,加强该工程的HSE管理 ,与国际施工管理接轨 ,势在必行。文章就西气东输管道施工的HSE管理体系的建立和运行、工程风险评价和风险削减措施的制定、现场施工HSE控制等进行了论述和探讨 ,为西气东输管道工程的HSE管理提供参考和借鉴。
Pipeline engineering of West China gas transported to the east is one of the sign project that our country implements west big development strategy project. Reinforcing the HSE management with world management to conform is imperative. HSE management system of pipeline construction establishment and practice, project risk appraisement, risk eliminating and reducing measures ,HSE control etc. are discussed.
