- 文章概述了管端坡口整形机在国内外的研制和应用情况,针对西气东输工程的大口径管道,研制了PFM××××系列坡口机,并以PFM 36 40坡口机为例,介绍该设备的结构、工作原理及性能参数。该机完全达到了立项的各项技术指标,通过了国家经贸委和集团公司联合组织的鉴定,完全满足管道内焊机以及管道全位置自动焊接技术对坡口形状及精度的要求。
The paper summarized study and application of the shape modulating machine of pipeline slope orifice. Aimed at the large diameter pipeline in the project of West China Gas Transported to the East, the PFM 3640series machine were manufactured, and take it as an example, the machine's structure, working principle and performance parameters were introduced.
