- P3软件是西气东输管道工程业主指定的网络计划编制软件,采用P3软件进行网络计划编制将在西气东输管道施工中起到优化工程管理的作用。文章介绍了采用P3软件编制西气东输管道工程网络计划的方法,并根据忠—武输气管道工程和西气东输管道工程线路施工投标过程中应用P3软件编制网络计划的经验,对编制过程中遇到的部分问题提出了解决办法,可供参与西气东输管道线路工程的各施工单位在编制网络计划时参考
Software P3 is the network plan authorization used in the West-East Natural Gas Transportation Project appointed by the owner. Using software P3 to workout network plan will optimize the construction management in the project. The paper introduces how to use the software and workout the network plan in pipeline construc-tion project, and experiences of such work based on bidding of Zhong-Wu natural gas transportation pipeline project.
