天然气管道延性断裂止裂控制技术进展

- 随着管道钢强韧性的增加,延性断裂成为管道断裂的主要形式。为避免爆破等灾难性事故的发生,天然气管道延性断裂裂纹扩展和止裂控制成为国内外研究的重点。欧美研究机构通过大量的实验室及全尺寸爆破试验,建立了输气钢管延性断裂的止裂公式,为管道设计和止裂预测提供了便利,并在天然气管道延性断裂止裂控制中得到了广泛应用。本文重点介绍了Battelle双曲线模型和能量平衡模型的基本原理,比较了Battelle、Leis以及作者由统计分析所得预测模型之间的适用范围,同时讨论了两种模型在应用中存在的几个问题,为天然气管道止裂研究提供帮助。2003,4(4): 1-5 收稿日期:2003-3-30DOI:10.3321/j.issn:0468-155X.2000.02.001.分类号:TG111.91作者简介:李红克(1974- ),男,博士生。主要从事天然气管道环焊接头断裂研究工作。参考文献:
