- 海水作为注水水源,由于其含氧量过大,将对管线、设备等造成严重腐蚀。因此,海水必须进行脱氧。超重力脱氧工艺具有设备体积小、重量轻、脱氧效果好,运行费用低等特点,是一种新型的脱氧方法。目前,胜利油田在胜利埕岛中心二号平台上首先采用了这项新技术,取得了良好的效果。本文介绍了超重力脱氧的基本原理,论述了工艺流程的设置及其保护措施,并提出了几点认识。
Seawater as the source of water flooding, it will cause serious corrosion for pipeline and equipment etc.since it contains oxygen. Therefore, seawater deoxidizing must be carried out. Overweight power deoxidizing technology has characteristics such as less equipment volume, weight light. Good deoxidizing effect, low operation cost etc. It is a kind of new deoxidizing technology. This technology has been adopted at central platform.
