波纹金属软管在储油罐上的应用

- 在储罐的进出口管道上设置波纹金属软管,可补偿借罐和管道的位移及安装偏差,并能吸收振动和降低噪音,保证储罐的安全运行.文章系统介绍了波纹金属软管的作用、结构及分类,结合波纹金属软管在东营站储油罐建设工程中的实际应用进行了具体的分析,讨论了波纹金属软管的选型问题,指出在选用金属软管产品时,应综合考虑场地类型、输送介质、工作温度、工作压力、管径大小、最小弯曲半径和最大位移补偿量等因素,以选择合适的波纹金属软管.提出了金属软管安装时应注意的事项.
To install ripple metal collapsible tube on the import and export of pipeline of storage tank can compensate displacement deviation of storage tank and pipeline and can absorb vibration and reduction, noise, guarantee the safe operation of storage tank. Article has introduced the classification, structure and the role of ripple metal collapsible tube. Combing actual application of ripple metal collapsible tube in the construction project of oil tank in Dongying oil field, specific analysis has been made.
