- 海洋石油平台自控仪表系统的安全设计对于平台的整体安全至关重要,文章通过对胜利埕岛油田SCADA系统的工程设计实践,对石油平台自控仪表系统的安全设计问题进行了总结.具体分析了自控仪表系统的防爆防护设计和接地设计,提出了在不同危险区自控仪表可选用的防爆防护型式以及电线电缆的设计要求,对需要保护接地和工作接地的仪表设备进行了介绍,并提出了自控仪表系统的设计原则和注意事项.
Safety design of automatic; control meter system at marine petroleum platform is the most important for the overall safety of platform. Passing through the project design practice of SCADA system of Cheng island of Shengli oil field, safety design of automatic control meter system at marine petroleum platform has been summarized. The explosion proof design, protection design and earthing design have been analyzed. Protection type as well as wire cable of explosion proof can be chosen in the different dangerous areas according to design requirements. E-equipment of earthing and working earthing have been introduced.
