- 高温过热器长期在高温烟气和高温高压蒸汽的恶劣环境下工作,很容易失效.影响高温过热器使用寿命的因素很多,文章以某电厂DG220/9.8-10锅炉高温过热器管为例,仅从飞灰磨损、高温腐蚀和超温运行方面分析高温过热器失效的机理,并提出相应的防治措施,这对减少高温过热器的事故频率,延长其使用寿命具有十分重要的意义.
Super heaters of high temperature work for long-term at the bad environment in the flue gas of high temperature and the steam of high temperature and high pressure. They become invalid very easily. There are various factors that affect the super heater service life. As a sample, the DG220/9. 8-10 boiler super heater of a power plant has been analyzed. Since flying grey wear, the corrosion of high temperature and overheating operation, super heater invalid mechanism has been analyzed. The corresponding measures of prevention and cure have been made.
