- 阐述了换热器涂层防腐的工艺过程及其应用,重点介绍了换热器表面处理工艺、涂层涂敷和固化工艺。对换热器采用内喷涂和外淋涂的涂敷方法,选择大功率超强辐射电加热组件对涂层进行加热固化,采用计算机模拟控制技术控制加热功率,涂层效果理想,对子石油化工行业冷换设备的涂层防腐具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
The paper presents the painting applying process used in heat exchanger. The surface treatment, the painting applying and curing on heat exchanger were introduced emphatically. The tube's inner wall of the exchanger was coated with a spraying method; the outer wall was coated with a showering method. The wet coating film was heated and cured with a large power super strong radiation electric heating unit. The heat power was controlled with a computer simulation managing technique.
