- 介绍了SL-Ⅱ型钢质管道内涂层补口机的结构、技术性能及其在埕岛天然气集输管线内补口施工中的应用。该补口机具有摄像观察功能、高效除锈功能和焊口内涂层补口功能。用于管道内防腐补口，施工质量稳定可靠，与其它管道内防腐补口方式相比，该工艺技术简单，操作方便，施工费用较低。
The paper introduces the type SL-II joint coating machine's structure, technical properties and application of joint internal coating in Chengdao Offshore natural gas gathering pipeline. The machine has the video camera observing function, the effective rust removing and the welding internal joint coating. The construction quality with this machine for steel pipeline welding internal joint is stable and reliable.
