- 大型压力容器的现场热处理是一项较为复杂的施工工艺,热工计算要求准确合理,工装设计要求经济适用,并满足工程需要。文章系统介绍了大型压力容器现场整体热处理和局部热处理的热量计算方法以及现场热处理炉、加热器、测温与控温系统的设计和布置。该套方法在镇海炼化和高桥石化的焦炭塔等设备的热处理施工中取得了理想效果。
Heat treatment of large pressure vessel on spot is complicated construction technology. The requirement includes exact and reasonable thermal process calculation, economical and applicable technology design and meeting the needs of the project. The paper introduces systematically whole and local heat treatment calculation methods, the design and disposal of heat furnace on spot, as well as ware and temperature survey system when large pressure vessel was under construction.
