西气东输工程第一穿——淮河定向钻穿越

- 淮河穿越是我国迄今为止工程规模最大的水平定向穿越工程，也是西气东输的第一项穿越工程，其距离长、管径大、土层松软等均给穿越施工带来一定难度，针对上述特殊情况，采取了相应措施，顺利完成穿越。文章简述了淮河穿越工程概况，并着重介绍了多级扩孔、泥浆循环利用、采用中心定位器、挖发送沟注水漂管、改善泥浆性能等施工措施。为今后更大规模的穿越积累了宝贵经验。
Horizontal directional drilling of crossing the Huaihe River is the largest crossing so far in China, and also the first crossing in West China Gas Transported to the East Project. There is certain difficulty due to the crossing's long distance, large diameter of the pipeline and soft soil base etc.. According to the above conditions, the paper emphatically introduces the situation of pipeline crossing engineering some measures, such as multilevel reaming, mud recycle use, central orientation adoption and digging to send out water-float tube to the ditch, the slurry properties improving etc..
