- 江南水网地带管道施工是西气东输工程的难点之一，主要地段在常州-上海，总长173m。文章描述了江南水网地带河流纵横、水塘密布、沟渠发达的总体特点，详细介绍了沿线踏勘的具体地况，并针对河流、水塘、水田地段的特点，探讨了作业带开拓和管道铺设的施工方法，为西气东输江南水网地带的管道施工提供了有益的借鉴。
Pipeline construction in Southeast China water dense areas, in which the main area is 173 km between cities of Changzhou to Shanghai, is one of the difficulties in the Project of West China Gas Transported to the East. The article described the general characteristics of rivers and ponds spread dense, introduced circumstances in details of land survey along the line, and discussed the construction methods aimed at the difficulties of water dense areas.
