仪表回路试验及故障处理

摘要:: 仪表回路试验是装置开车前的联动检查,是对现场仪表的状态、特性以及计算机控制系统(如DCS、ESD、PLC等)组态功能的全面检查和确认.本文介绍了仪表回路试验的方法以及常见故障的处理措施,经实践检验,该方法和措施对仪表回路的试验工作具有参考价值.
Meter loop experiment is unite inspection before starting machine, it is the overall inspection and confirming of the state, property as well as computer control system (DCS, ESD and PLC etc.).This paper has introduced common testing methods as well as fault handling measures by practice,these methods and measures have reference value for the testing work of meter loop.
